Our focus is in providing services in the Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Contracts Management and Risk Management life cycle of projects. This comprised of both the Pre and Post Contract phases which includes the ICI Sector, Buildings and the Heavy Civil Sector.

Zinool Solomon MBA, PQS, MRICS
Zinool Solomon started out his career in the late 1980’s in Toronto, he attending George Brown College where he was introduced to the Ontario Institute of Quantity Surveyors. During a short period after graduation and becoming a PQS he was elected the Chairman of the GTA Chapter of the OIQS.
His career path in the Quantity Surveying profession is very diverse, comprising both Pre-Construction and Design stages to Award and Post Contract Control and Cost Management. Zinool in- depth experience and knowledge were gain by accepting responsibility for projects from the initial Cost Planning budgeting stages and Cost Control during execution to final financial close out. He has contributed his diverse expertise on various type of projects in major roles within the ICI and Heavy Civil Construction sectors that is able to impact and influence decision making for multi-million dollars projects.
Zinool has over 28 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning and Control, Commercial Management and Contracts Management. He has demonstrated experience in strategic business thinking with an ability to align company objectives and to understand business implications of decisions. Zinool is a competent team leader with strong analytical, technical and competencies that add value for the client.

Akua Alder is a multidisciplinary professional with over a decade of experience in civil and structural engineering, quantity surveying, and construction law. He holds advanced degrees in Structural Engineering (MSc, Heriot-Watt University) and Construction Law, Arbitration, and Adjudication (LLM, Robert Gordon University), complemented by a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from the University of Guyana.
Akua has led and contributed to numerous high-profile infrastructure projects in Guyana, including reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings, hydraulic structures, bridges, and coastal defenses. His expertise spans structural design, peer reviews, project supervision, and quantity surveying.
He is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), and a Graduate Member of the Institution of Civil Engineers (GMICE), currently pursuing Chartered Engineer (CEng) status with ICE
Mir Hassan Ali BSc. Eng.
Mir Hassan is a Cost Consultant. He has extensive experience in estimating and budgeting in many sectors of the construction industry. He has work on major building and civil projects with leading general and subcontractors both in Canada and the Meddle East. His main focus is in providing estimating and cost planning for the ICI sector.
